Netflix has now released a moving and relevant social media strategy. It shows the side to Hannah's story we didn't see in the show. One that is so accurate and disturbing it’s hard to watch. 

It’s a piece of software. Hannah Baker’s IPhone. Just like the one we all have.

The incoming and outgoing texts, Snapchats, Instagram’s… all of the ways we communicate with each other in an instant – and in ways you cannot take back.

It’s a hard pill to swallow – the reality of what made Hannah suicide.

It is a reflection of how we affect each other and so instantly. How a simple text can hurt more than being punched in the face.

How a snapchat can harass and belittle and make someone feel violated at the touch of a screen.

The video shows that we are the real threat to each other and ourselves.

This show is a voice of a generation.
