Sam Fox Removed Off Flight After Alleged Drunken Brawl
Former pin-up and singer Samantha Fox has been reportedly kicked off a plane after she was allegedly involved in a drunken brawl at an airport.
The star was removed by security guards after she was accused of being intoxicated by staff at Luton Airport in the UK, editors at the Sun on Sunday report.
Fox, 49, was waiting to board the Wizz Air flight to Lithuania on Friday when she allegedly began arguing with staff after being charged $US48 ($A66.60) to take her bag onboard.
"A passenger was offloaded due to abusive behaviour towards staff," says a spokesperson for the airline.
"The passenger seemed to be intoxicated. The effect can be worse in the air.
A representative for Fox told the newspaper that the singer did not delay the flight and had paid the additional amount for her luggage.
"Then she was explaining she had priority boarding, yet economy was boarding before her.
A girl working for Wizz apologised and she caught a later flight."
The singer was due to perform at the Siemens Arena in Vilnius, Lithuania on Saturday.
She later told fans, via Twitter, that the concert went well:
