This is What Kate Upton Eats to Stay in Shape
Kate Upton - who’s the world’s most Googled model - has opened up to the London Evening Standard about her diet and what she eats to stay in such good shape.
“For me, it’s about being strong, having the strength to work ten-hour days, and eating healthily,” she said.
Here’s a typical day:
7am: Scrambled eggs (one egg white, one whole egg), spinach, green tea
10am: 10 raw almonds, green juice
Lunch: Herb-crusted grilled chicken, grilled veggies, quinoa
4pm: Protein bar
7pm: Sashimi or grilled salmon and cashews with kale salad
Upton admits she doesn’t stick to this regime every day, sometimes indulging in fried food and alcohol on cheat days.
The model does 48-hour juice cleanses prior to major photoshoots or film scenes, and trains with NYC-based David Kirsh, who also works with Heidi Klum, Naomi Campbell and Liv Tyler.
“This is the body I was given - I appreciate it and I try to take care of it every day as best I can, but I always enjoy my life,” Upton said.
