But, with just 3 ingredients (and one of them is water…) you can get some value out of that dumb thing, PLUS support our strawberry farmers – just in time for summer!
You’ll need:
- A punnet of strawberries
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of water
Method:
- Wash and hull the strawberries
- Puree everything in a blender
- Pour into molds
- Freeze for at least 3 hours
- Devour!
Extra credit:
Swap out the water with yoghurt for strawberry yoghurt pops!
