South Australia will lift COVID-19 controls on all its borders on July 20.

Premier Steven Marshall says the state is still finalising some legal issues surrounding the change but doesn’t want to block the movement of people from other jurisdictions that don’t pose a health risk to SA.

He says SA will also move next Friday to increase the number of patrons allowed in pubs and restaurants to a maximum of 300, with a limit of 75 people in any particular area.

Stage 3 of the state’s easing of restrictions has also been brought forward to Monday 29th June.
