SA will become the first state to kick off junior footy leagues post-coronavirus shutdowns later this month.
The SANFL has announced that grades up to under-16s will commence once again from the night of Friday June 26.
Juniors will play a condensed season of 12 rounds before finals get underway in September.
SANFL’s junior leagues are the biggest of the type in the nation, with more than 650 teams and 11,000 juniors across Adelaide.
The league has not yet confirmed how many parents will be allowed at grounds as spectators, although it has been speculated that a rule of one parent per player will be permitted.
Fixtures for the games will be released later this month.
