Who’s keen for a weekend up the river this summer?
Sounds By The River has announced its line-up for 2020 and its taking us back to the good old days with the best Aussie acts of the 80s and 90s.
Reforming to headline the event are Hunters & Collectors, which is a huge coup for music fans. The legendary band disbanded over two decades ago and have only performed again a handful of times since – notably at The Sound Relief Concert in 2009 and a brief run five years ago.
The full line-up is Boom Crash Opera, Killing Heidi, Baby Animals, The Angels, The Living End, James Reyne and Hunters and Collectors.
It all happens at Mary Ann Reserve in Mannum on Saturday 11 January 2020.
Tickets go on sale via Ticketmaster at 8.30am on Thursday 8 August. Tickets are also available through the Mannum Visitor Information Centre by calling 1300 626 686.
All ages are permitted, kids under 12 are free with a parent.
There will be standing room only immediately in front of the stage, while behind that is general admission unreserved seating. Bringing your own camping chair or picnic rug is encouraged.
