Aldi fans, who love cheese, get ready.

Aldi’s La Pave cheese is back on stores after it was discontinued last year (for being too popular).

The $6 product became a cult buy thanks to its creamy taste and ended up being compared to D’Affinois — a French cheese that retails for as much as $17 for 200g.

Fan page Aldi Lovers Australia revealed the news on Instagram, saying they had spotted at Cockburn Gatways Aldi in WA.

An Aldi Australia spokesperson said “Due to fantastic customer feedback and high demand, we’re pleased to confirm that our La Pave cheese is back on shelves and is now available at your local ALDI store, nationwide,” the spokesperson said.

“Crafted in the heart of France, La Pave cheese ($5.99) is the perfect addition to any cheese board or paired with one of our award-winning wines.”
